Monday, June 6, 2016:
Both Reached Rehearsal (4-6pm) in the Auditorium
ALL Costume items should be brought to Heritage by June 6.
FEMALE REPORTERS: Black tights, Black character shoes, appropriate undergarments & Black leggings - no designs or rips
(Your black leotards & jackets will be provided)
MALE REPORTERS: Black dress pants, Black socks, Black character shoes & Black long-sleeved button down dress shirt
JORDAN, JAI-LANI & CHANCE: Please bring appropriate undergarments, tights and shoes. Your clean dresses will be provided for you.
NICK: Please bring your Dry-cleaned suit, Red dress shirt, Tie, Black socks and Black dress shoes. 
 


Friday, June 10, 2016:
Both Reached Rehearsal (4-6pm) in the Auditorium
 


SATURDAY, JUNE 11:
CALL TIME: 7:00am at Heritage
​All performers and crew members (listed below) will be taking a bus
to Robinson High School, where we will rehearse. 
This rehearsal is in full hair, make-up and costume.
We must transport all 14 cubes and the chair.

We ask that the following crew members attend: Alicia, Allie, Gurleen, Seneca and Maggie
We hope to return by around 12:30pm/1:00pm


​SUNDAY, JUNE 12:
CALL TIME: 9:15am at Heritage
​All performers, crew members (listed below) and presenters will be taking a bus
to the Kennedy Center and back to Heritage
 at the end of the Gala.
STUDENTS TAKING THE BUS should wear CHICAGO T-shirts and black pants,
but MUST bring costumes/shoes, money for meals and Gala formal wear* with them.

CREW MEMBERS:
Alicia, Allie, Gurleen, Seneca, Maddie, Anna, Maggie and Andrew
 
PRESENTERS:
Sydney Bell, Sarah Park, Elijah Ricko & Katie Schaub (ORCHESTRA)
 Allie Anderson, Kaleigh Mullins, Haley Raecke & Alicia Schumacher+ (CREW/MANAGEMENT)
Lauren Gold, Katie Hillis, Mary Conklin & Sophia Textoris (ENSEMBLE)
Chance Hogan, Jordan Temme+, Nick Trusty+ & Jai-Lani Walker (SONG)
Aiden Carroll+, Emma Leone+, Jordan Temme & Nick Trusty (MUSICAL)

ALL OTHER ATTENDEES MUST FIND THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE KENNEDY CENTER.
Last year, students returned on the bus around 12:30am (after midnight).


* - Formal wear includes suits and gowns (that have appropriate coverage and are preferably floor length).
Please plan accordingly and represent our school well by making good choices.
+ - This indicates the person/people who will create and present the Thank You speech for their category.
All four students will share the speech for Ensemble and Orchestra. All group speeches must be previewed during the June 6th rehearsal.
